How to use our secure email system, Neo-certified

1. Look for an email titled "Secure Message"
2. If you have not previously registered, you will automatically be taken to the registration page. Enter a password.
3. The easiest way to send a secure email to us is to reply to a secure email sent from one of our team members.

Forgot your password?

Click the "password reset" button. The password for Neo-certified email is a different password than your usual website login. After you change the password, you will be logged into the "inbox." The most recent email shows up at the top of the email.

TIP: Look for the attachment by scrolling down to the bottom and look for the word "Attachments". Click the light-blue font.
